1. About Us

Larrigan is a Pakistan-based premium handcrafted footwear brand. We design and produce made-to-order and ready-to-ship shoes for customers across Pakistan.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after any changes means you accept the updated terms.

3. Products

All products listed on larrigan.pk are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

Product images are for reference only. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in texture, color, and finish may occur. These are not considered defects.

4. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Larrigan reserves the right to change product prices at any time. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price for that transaction.

5. Orders

By placing an order on larrigan.pk or via WhatsApp, you are making an offer to purchase a product. Your order is confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation from our team.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued if payment was already made.

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank Transfer
• Online Payment (where available)

All payments must be completed in full before the order is dispatched, except for COD orders.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard delivery: 5 to 7 business days
• Custom orders: 10 to 14 business days depending on the design

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Larrigan is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with the customer via WhatsApp or email.

8. Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order products are crafted specifically for each customer. These orders are non-cancellable once production has begun. Please review all size, color, and design details carefully before confirming a custom order.

Custom orders are final sale and are only eligible for a refund or exchange in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 0348-2432558 or email at larrigan.official@gmail.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy, both available on larrigan.pk. Please review those policies before placing your order.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on larrigan.pk including images, logos, product designs, brand name, and written content is the property of Larrigan. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Larrigan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any case is limited to the value of the order placed.

We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times or free from errors. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time without notice.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on larrigan.pk. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
