RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Larrigan, every pair is made by hand with precision and care. We stand behind the quality of our craft, and we want you to feel confident in every order you place with us. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a defective or damaged product
  • The wrong item or size was shipped to you
  • The product has a manufacturing defect (stitching, sole detachment, etc.)

Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted if:

  • The shoes have been worn, washed, or altered
  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • The item was a custom or personalized order (unless defective)
  • Original packaging and tags are missing

2. Timeframe

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

For custom orders, please inspect the product carefully upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is an issue.


3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via:

Please include the following in your message:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Photos or a short video clearly showing the issue
  • Whether you are requesting a return or an exchange

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm the next steps.


4. Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup of the original item from your address
  • Once the item is received and inspected, the replacement will be dispatched
  • Exchange delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or style is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a full refund.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following cases only:

  • The item is out of stock and cannot be exchanged
  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect and no replacement is available

Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or custom orders.


6. Shipping for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), Larrigan will cover all return shipping costs.

If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back safely. We recommend using a tracked courier service. Larrigan is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.


7. Custom and Personalized Orders

All custom and made-to-order shoes are crafted specifically for you. Due to the nature of handmade production, these orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

We strongly recommend reviewing your size, design, and specifications carefully before confirming a custom order.


8. Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
  • Free from any odors, stains, or signs of use

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
