4. Exchange Process
If your exchange request is approved:
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or style is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a full refund.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following cases only:
Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or custom orders.
6. Shipping for Returns
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), Larrigan will cover all return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back safely. We recommend using a tracked courier service. Larrigan is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
7. Custom and Personalized Orders
All custom and made-to-order shoes are crafted specifically for you. Due to the nature of handmade production, these orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
We strongly recommend reviewing your size, design, and specifications carefully before confirming a custom order.
