REFUND POLICY

At Larrigan, we take pride in every pair we make. Each shoe is handcrafted with care, and we want every customer to have a smooth and confident buying experience. This policy explains exactly when and how refunds are issued.


1. When Refunds Are Issued

We offer refunds only in the following situations:

  • The product you received has a confirmed manufacturing defect
  • The wrong item was shipped and a replacement is not available
  • Your ordered item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with color based on screen display.


2. Custom and Personalized Orders

All custom and made-to-order shoes are final sale. Refunds on custom orders are only considered if there is a verified manufacturing defect. We strongly recommend double-checking all size and design details before confirming your order.


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via:

Please include the following:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Clear photos or a short video of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and respond with the next steps.


4. Refund Process

Once your request is approved and the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued via:

  • Bank transfer (for COD orders)
  • Original payment method (for online payments)

You will be notified via WhatsApp or email once the refund has been initiated.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The item has been worn, washed, or altered
  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • Original packaging and tags are missing
  • The issue is due to normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect size was selected by the customer at the time of order

6. Return Shipping

If the refund is approved due to our error (defective or wrong item), Larrigan will cover the return shipping cost. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked courier service, as Larrigan is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
