Order Process

- Our team will confirm availability, pricing, and delivery timeline
- Once confirmed, your order will be processed accordingly
Payment Terms
- Custom orders may require advance payment depending on the nature of the request
- Cash on Delivery may not be available for certain custom items
Production & Delivery Time
- Custom orders typically require 3–7 working days for preparation
- Delivery time will be added based on your location (as per our shipping policy)
Return & Exchange Policy
- Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error from our side

- Once a custom order is confirmed, changes may not be possible
